Booking / Refund Policy
Booking Conditions for Bunk House, Cabins & Powered Sites (Deposits):
A deposit is required to secure your booking.
~ Deposits must be received within 5 days of booking
~ The deposit can be made by credit card over the phone or by posting a cheque/money order made payable to South Burnett Regional Council
~ For School Holidays, Easter, Christmas and Public holidays, the full amount is payable. For other periods, 50% of total is payable.
~ Balance of payment is due on arrival
~ Number of days booked must be paid for in total
~ Management endeavours to hold the booked accommodation, however we reserve the right to transfer a booking to similar accommodation if required
~ Fees are not refundable if stay is cut short.
Cancellation Policy for Bunk House, Cabins & Powered Sites:
0 ~ 7 days No refund
8 ~ 14 days 50% refund
15 days or more $10 administration fee
MINIMUM stays do apply at certain times.
CLEANING fees will apply if accommodation is left dirty or unacceptable.
DAMAGES and BREAKAGES will be charged to person who made booking.
* Initial supply of Linen included in cabin bookings. Further linen can be hired from the Kiosk for accommodation bookings only.
