Booking / Refund Policy
IT IS A REQUIREMENT FOR ALL GUESTS TO CHECK INTO THE KIOSK UPON ARRIVAL TO PAY FEES AND COLLECT THEIR PARK PERMIT OR KEYS.
PETS ARE WELCOME IN THE PARK ON POWERED AND UN-POWERED SITES ONLY. CABINS, VILLAS AND BUNKHOUSE ARE NOT PET FRIENDLY ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS.
Booking Conditions for Bunk House, Cabins & Powered Sites (Deposits):
A deposit is required to secure your booking.
~ Cabins/Bunkhouse: Off Peak 25% deposit at time of booking - full payment 7 days prior to arrival. Peak Period 50% deposit at time of booking - full payment 30 days prior to arrival
~ Powered/Unpowered Sites: Off Peak 1 night deposit at time of booking - full payment on arrival. Peak Period 1 night deposit at time of booking - full payment 7 days prior to arrival
~ The deposit can be made online, by credit card over the phone or by posting a cheque/money order made payable to South Burnett Regional Council
~ Number of days booked must be paid for in total
~ Management endeavours to hold the booked accommodation, however we reserve the right to transfer a booking to similar accommodation if required
~ Fees are not refundable if stay is cut short.
MINIMUM stays do apply at certain times.
CLEANING fees will apply if accommodation is vacated and left in an unacceptable manner & the accommodation can not be re let. 1 additional nights accommodation will be charged at rack rate.
DAMAGES and BREAKAGES will be charged to person who made booking.
Cancellation Policy for Bunk House, Cabins & Powered Sites:
0 ~ 7 days No refund
8 days prior Full refund
No refund will given after arrival/check in (i.e. No refund for early departures or no shows)
